''OK'' is the debut release of tabla player and music producer Talvin Singh, and it was nine months in the making. The title was chosen because of the universality of the word "OK", which can be understood almost anywhere in the world. It is mostly a reinterpretation of Indian classical music with flute, sitar, and tabla. The album won him the Mercury Music Prize for 1999, but has sold only 90,000 copies in the United Kingdom, charting at #41, making it one of the smallest sellers in the award's history.〔(【引用サイトリンク】accessdate=2012-03-06 )〕 ==Track listing== #"Traveller" – 11:18 #"Butterfly" – 4:26 #"Sutrix" – 5:55 #"Mombasstic" – 5:45 #"Decca" – 1:20 #"Eclipse" – 5:50 #"OK" – 4:19 #"Light" – 6:23 #"Disser/Point.Mento.B" – 2:43 #"Soni" – 5:59 #"Vikram the Vampire" – 6:47 The Japanese version of the album has one bonus track. # 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「OK (Talvin Singh album)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
